Driver Orientation

Express-1 Driver Orientation is conducted weekly over two days.  During that period, drivers are provided with the following detailed information:

• How to work with Express-1 to secure load opportunities

• How to submit paperwork from completed loads for payment

• How to utilize the satellite unit for communication

• How to contact any necessary department for assistance

Drivers will be updated on the latest compliance information from the DOT, and introduced to members of the Management team and process experts from every department they may be working with.

It is our goal that, after these two orientation days, drivers leave Buchanan fully equipped to be their most successful with Express-1.
