Our ETA Warning System continuously scans and checks all active trips scheduled for pickup/delivery in the next 24 hours. The system locates the vehicles last known location (based on Satellite GPS positioning data) and then uses our PC Miler software to determine if the freight will be delivered on time. If not, the system sends an alert to our Customer Service Team who contacts the driver for updated information. If it is determined the delivery will not meet our scheduled delivery time our Customer Service Team will contact the customer with detailed information and an updated ETA.
